With the exception of financial records, I keep personal data for up to six years after I have been contacted or last provided services to the client whose business relationship resulted in my holding the personal data.
My file records and correspondence are deleted in the January of the following year.
Financial records will be retained indefinitely. Contact details I use for billing clients will therefore be retained for longer.
